A Day in the Life of an Aqua Plumbing & Air Technician: Keeping Sarasota Cool

Rise and Shine: 6:00 AM

My alarm goes off, and I’m up and ready to tackle another day as an HVAC technician at Aqua Plumbing & Air. After a quick breakfast and coffee, I check my work phone for any urgent messages or schedule changes. Today looks like a busy one with a mix of AC repairs and a heat pump installation.

First Call: 8:00 AM – AC Repair in Bradenton

I arrive at my first job in Bradenton, FL. The homeowner reports their air conditioner isn’t cooling properly. After a thorough inspection, I discover a refrigerant leak. I explain the issue to the customer and get to work repairing the leak and recharging the system.

On to the Next: 10:30 AM – Heat Pump Installation in Sarasota

With the AC repair complete, I head to Sarasota for a scheduled heat pump installation. This job takes up most of my day as it involves:

  • Removing the old system
  • Installing the new heat pump
  • Connecting and testing the ductwork
  • Ensuring proper electrical connections
  • Performing a final system check

Afternoon Emergency: 3:30 PM – Plumbing Services in Venice

Just as I’m wrapping up the heat pump installation, I receive an urgent call about a plumbing issue in Venice, FL. A customer has a leaking water heater that needs immediate attention. I quickly gather my plumbing tools and head over to assess and repair the situation.

Final Stop: 5:00 PM – HVAC Maintenance in Parrish

My last appointment of the day is a routine HVAC maintenance check in Parrish. I perform a thorough inspection, clean the system, and replace the air filter. I also take the time to educate the homeowner on proper HVAC care and energy-saving tips.

Wrapping Up: 7:00 PM

As I finish my last job, I update my work orders and prepare for tomorrow. Working at Aqua Plumbing & Air means every day is different, but always rewarding. Whether it’s AC repair, heat pump installation, or plumbing services, I’m proud to help keep our customers comfortable throughout Sarasota, Manatee, Bradenton, Parrish, Venice, and Palmetto.
